About Steven Henderson

With years of experience in real estate, I enjoy helping people navigate one of the biggest decisions they’ll make—whether that’s buying a home, selling a property, or finding the right investment.  I love helping buyers find a home that fits both their needs and their vision for the future. When working with sellers, I focus on making sure their property is positioned well and that they get the best possible value from their sale.

I’m also a real estate investor and have completed several property flips. That experience has given me a practical understanding of what to look for in a property, where opportunities may be found, and how a little vision and the right improvements can add value. I especially enjoy working with investors and helping clients look beyond what a property is today to see what it could become.

For me, real estate is more than a job—it’s something I genuinely enjoy. I bring experience, an investor’s perspective, and a straightforward approach to every transaction.
